CoreEthos Group – Terms of Service

1. Introduction

CoreEthos Group (“CoreEthos,” “we,” “our,” “us”) provides staffing services for dental and healthcare professionals, as well as AI-powered solutions (CoreEthos.ai) for dental and healthcare practices. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, websites, applications, and communications, including SMS messaging.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Staffing Solutions: Contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements for dental and healthcare professionals.

  • AI & Automation Solutions: AI-powered front desk assistants, chatbots, and workflow automation tools for dental and healthcare practices.

  • Consulting & Training: Operational efficiency, recruiting, and growth strategy support.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

4. SMS Messaging & Opt-In Consent

By providing your phone number to CoreEthos Group, you expressly consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from us, which may include:

  • Marketing/promotional messages about job opportunities, services, and events.

  • Transactional messages such as appointment reminders, job alerts, or system notifications.

Message frequency: Varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit our technology without permission.

  • Misrepresent yourself or your qualifications in job applications.

  • Use our AI services in ways that violate privacy, HIPAA, or other applicable laws.

6. No Guarantee of Employment or Placement

We do not guarantee employment, job placement, or staffing results. Final hiring decisions are made by the employer or client.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with CoreEthos Group and CoreEthos.ai are owned by us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreEthos Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
